As of 0630hrs this morning I have determined the roads to be fair for driving. With this being said most roads may not have been plowed as only major routes were looked after during the night. I have decided that the service to take place at the legion is going to be optional only. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE RISK of driving if you feel the conditions are not good.
