LAST CHANCE FOR SKI TRIP

This is the last chance to get the information forms in for the ski trip. The form can be found on the Blog just to the right of the post. It is a Google Document that you can download (Click on link on the right side of the page, once opened click file and then download, this will allow you to open as a word document and save to your computer) fill out on the computer and e-mail it to the following address: j.bond@qkstream.com You must have this form emailed No Later Than this Thursday. If your form has not been received by Thursday (3pm) the information will not be sent to the ski hill and you will not be able to participate. All the information for this trip can be found on the blog and on the form. Capt Bambrick
