Good Day Everyone,
As you know the Holiday season is upon us and with that comes the desire to provide donations to organizations such as the Christmas Cheer Board. As we have done in previous years #220 "Red River" Squadron will be putting together a holiday hamper for a family in need again this year. We have received a family of 10, 2 parents and 8 children ranging in age from 16 years - 9 months which will require a substantial amount of participation from our generous cadets and their families.
Below you will find the required items for a hamper of this size, all of these items are required for the hamper so we are hoping that if each cadet donates 1 item we should be able to put together a great hamper! Any other food items you wish to donate would be greatly appreciated but please remember to check expiry dates as we cannot donate expired food.
Please sign up for items by either commenting on this post or in person on Monday nights with CI Mitchell.
Please bring all donations in no later than Monday, 11 December 2017 as we will be delivering the hamper the following week. If you prefer to make a monetary donation towards gifts, missing and additional items please bring those donations to CI Mitchell at any time.
The SSC has been gifted a donation of a Turkey, by Rob and Karen Spielman.
