Volunteer Opportunity for Cadets: Tag Day – Saturday, 2 December

Hello 220 Squadron Cadets and Parents,

Our squadron has been offered an amazing opportunity to hold a fundraising Tag Day on Saturday, 2 December, from 2pm to 6pm (1400-1800) at all three Winnipeg Save-On-Foods locations:

  • 1399 McPhillips Street, 
  • 850 St. James Street and 
  • #410-400 North Town Road (Kenaston South in Bridgwater)). 


Not only is this a great opportunity for Cadets to help their squadron raise money for special events (such as our 75th Anniversary Annual Ceremonial Review at the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada) and to promote the Air Cadet program in general, participation in this activity also helps toward promotion in the cadet program and can be used for community service requirements both in school and in the Duke of Edinburgh awards program.

We need as many cadet volunteers as possible to make this a successful event. Please contact our fundraising team at PR220RedRiver@gmail.com and let them know when and where you can help out this weekend.
